put 5 - 10 drops in a burner or diffuser

blend 5- 10 drops into 1 tbsp of solubiliser/bubble bath base and add it to your bath

add 2 - 4 drops for a steam inhalation in a bowl of hot steaming water, cover your head with a towel and place your face over the steam

use 2 - 6 drops on a tissue and inhaler
